Paradise acquired the “Nautilus Academy” trade name authorization from Nautilus Human Performance systems from October 2003 and became a part of the Nautilus Alliance. After completing 5-year tenure with Nautilus, Paradise Fitness & Health Pvt. Ltd. has launched its own brand “Waves Gym”.

FitLinxx – Electronic Workout Partners have been installed in each Strength and Cardio Station to assist members with their workout experience and record each workout electronically. A member can review his or her workout at the Gym via a touch screen Kiosk or on the Internet.
The fitness process at Waves Gym starts with a basic lifestyle assessment, followed by a scientific evaluation of the member’s fitness requirements. This results in a customized weight management solution based on holistic long-term fitness objectives. Each member’s progress is re-evaluated every 6–8 weeks and thereafter he/she is counseled by professional dieticians and Internationally Certified Trainers to positively reinforce his/her fitness goals.
