The role of the Receptionist/Front Desk Operator, requires a confident, enthusiastic and professional individual, results driven and able to act using his/her own initiative.
Good organizational skills will be required to ensure that reports and tasks are completed.
Excellent communication skills will be necessary when dealing with members.
The ability to maintain a fun environment for members and fellow colleagues is paramount, and although formal qualifications are not essential for this role, a level of sales experience and the willingness to learn new skills is vital.
You will make the required appointments for members, as well as enhance the members’ experience and help reduce membership attrition.
