We are looking for performance oriented Manager-Salon & Spa. Candidate should be fluent in English with pleasant personality. Candidate should be a Graduate and also of a Hotel or wellness background; MBA in Sales or experience in Sales will be given preference. Candidate should have experience of minimum 2 years of managing a Beauty or a Spa Center or Business Development for a Beauty company.
Candidate has to handle team of 6-10 employees. This post is for those who believe in themselves and know how to maintain the International standard of Hospitality. Salary will be 10K to 35K depending on the candidate experience and qualification.
The candidate should be able to conduct in the following manner:
-Handling and maintaining good relations with Customer, Receipt handling, Billing, Clinical Service.
-Responsible for meeting the sales target, ensuring service quality, auditing of services, client handling, database maintenance, stock handling.
-Promoting, Selling and Cross- Selling of beauty & spa products and treatments.
- Check all available products in the Spa/Salon.
-Check on a daily basis in hand stock and order from stores.
-Check uniform and grooming standards.
-Train the newly hired staff.
