Who do I speak to if I have any queries about my membership?
All inquires are managed on a personal basis, so please feel free to approach a staff member who will be happy to help you, or point you in the direction of a senior member of staff. You can even send your queries at .

How old do I have to be to join Waves Gym?
The minimum age requirement to use or join Waves Gym is 13 years or above. If the person is under 18, parental consent is required.

How do I pay for my Waves Gym membership?
Membership is payable in advance, either annually, quarterly or monthly by Cash, Cheque or Credit/ Debit Card.

Can I freeze my membership because I cannot attend the club at the moment?
You may apply to freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum period of 3 months by giving written notice at the Reception. For the ‘freezing’ period you will be required to pay Rs.500 per month.

Are there extras to pay for, once I’ve joined Waves Gym?
As a member of Waves Gym you will be able take advantage of all our basic gym and spa services. Additional costs are only for the Add-on services such as Personal Training, Nutrition Packages, Spinning, Yoga Sessions, etc. Our Spa has complimentary toiletries and towel services for your added convenience.

Can my colleagues and I get corporate membership at Waves Gym?
We do offer corporate membership and this would be discussed on an individual company-by-company basis. Please contact or the reception to discuss our current corporate rates.
